Hansel as an employer
At the end of the year, Hansel employed 128 people. In-house communications training brought people together after the remote work period. The staff’s Hansel Club also became active again, and we were able to organise several events.

What do the staff figures tell us?
Our operations have long been on a moderate growth trajectory, and we mainly recruit people for full-time employment contracts valid until further notice.
Performance bonuses motivate the employees
Hansel rewards its employees for good performance. Performance bonus assessments are based on contract usage, customer satisfaction and personal performance.
Values provided a good foundation
We aim for a strong value base and an open and inclusive corporate culture that facilitate collaboration.
Job satisfaction has remained good
The employees considered supervisory work and their own ability to cope with the demands of specialist work our greatest strengths.
Antti brought competition and cartel expertise to Hansel
Antti Norkela came from the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority for a job rotation at Hansel on his own initiative. It was a rewarding year and a highly recommended experience.
Communications training united and inspired
Our own training programme, Hansel Academy, has offered three communication courses to a wide range of specialists in recent years.
Hansel Club became livelier
At the beginning of the year, our staff club was still a small-scale activity, appropriate for the pandemic era. In the summer, we were able to visit Nuuksio together, and we even had a Christmas party.
